As we enter the summer of 2021 there is some uncertainty concerning the way Rotary will continue to provide the human connections that Rotary members valued over the years. It is a fact that the mantra "hands are in front of each other" is going to be a key part of the routine however, it is evident that there's a rising confidence and a determination to meet face-to-face. Rotary is indeed changing. However, there is a certain amount of uncertainty that will continue to grow as we progress through summer 2021. It is yet to be seen how the personal connections Rotary members cherished previously will be maintained. Though the old adage of 'hands face space' is sure to remain a part of our daily routine it is apparent that the confidence building is evident and more face-to-face connections are happening. Rotary, however, has evolved. Rotary network is a great way to make long-lasting friendships. This has inspired us to improve our technology methods. We maintain our business on the internet, while introducing a new volunteer and social activities. The new opportunities we have discovered are combining with what we learned from previous outbreaks to bring a fresh perspective to Rotary.
